In the Zone

You've heard it so many times from people in the world of sports "I was in the zone", what does that mean? The idea of being in 'the zone' is defined as being in flow. Flow is the optimal experience and condition. This is where you are challenged in a way where there is a balance between challenge and/or requirements on one side and your skill and resources on the other. Until now, psychology has only described what it means to be in flow.

On May 3, Anders Piper Master Trainer and author of "Shortcut to Flow", gives you not only an insight into the concept of Flow, but also by following his exercises, you can achieve FLOW more often than you did before.

In his book, he teaches you how to get into this great state and more importantly, to stay in it! And for those who have an interest, those techniques could also be used by managers, coaches and other professionals who have the task of motivating others to success. Anders gives you the tools, processes and exercises to duplicate your own success to those who depend on you for strong leadership, guidance and success.

In this NLP Master Class, Anders will give you an introduction to the various aspects of this important concept and lead you through the process of getting into Flow.
